年僅十三歲的男孩自幼跟著家中父執叔伯幹盡各種荒唐事。冬天他們刮去濃密腿毛、搽上脂粉，男扮女裝上酒館賣弄風騷；夏天他們則一絲不掛在豔陽下踩著自行車。血緣成了男孩的沉重枷鎖，看慣了叔伯們終日無所是事，他不禁懷疑自己是否也逃不出命運的輪迴傳承。電影在大打出手與醉意矇矓間，繪出了一幅殘缺卻溫熱的家族肖像畫。

Gunther Strobbe, aged thirteen, lives with his father and three uncles at his grandmother’s. There, he daily faces enormous quantities of alcohol, picking up women and shameless hanging out and doing nothing. Everything points to Gunther that he will suffer from the same fate. Or will Gunther yet manage to escape his misfortune?
