2020 Golden Horse Classic Film Festival Coronavirus Relief Plan
Any unused ticket purchased during the pre-sale period can be exchanged once for another screening based on availability free of charge; the exchange must be claimed at least 3 days before the original screening date. Further exchange is deemed as refund, and is subject to the terms and restrictions accordingly.
Seating of the tickets sold will be allocated separately with a vacant seat between every two customers to keep an adequate social distance.
The auditorium will be regularly cleaned and disinfected; alcohol disinfectant will be available for use at the theatre.
Personal contact information will be collected during the ticket purchase process. Please wear a mask upon entrance to the screening.
In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival Executive Committee implements the contact-information-based measures in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will therefore collect the following contact info of our audience, and we appreciate your cooperation to facilitate control of the epidemic.
1. The personal contact info collected here will be used exclusively for the possible epidemic investigation regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.
2. The info collected here will be deleted on Sep. 11th (28 days after the festival ends.)
3. Ticket purchase online: membership info will be used directly and no additional registration is required.
Ticket purchase on-site: consumer must agree to the implemented measures and provide the info accordingly before purchasing the tickets.
4. Consumer obligation: The Committee only keeps contact info of the ticket buyers. In case of obligatory epidemic investigation, the registered buyer is obligated to notify the actual attendee(s), should there be any ticket transfers or resales.
All the disease-prevention measures above may be adjusted in compliance with the latest instructions by Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, and will be announced on our official website, Facebook, Instagram and at the theatre.
