18 years ago, Saar, a young Jew raised in a religious family,had to leave the kibbutz because of his homosexualorientation. He moved to London, and when he finds that he is HIV positive, his family have to face yet another challenge. But Saar doesn't cease to fight for acceptance and maintaining bonds with his family.


Tomer Heymann was born in Kfar Yedidia in Israel in 1970. He has directed many documentary films and series in the past ten years. His films won major awards at different prestigious film festivals including It Kinda Scares and Me, Paper Dolls.


Barak Heymann has produced over 20 documentary films and series. Together with his brother, their projects offer a perspective of the political situation in Israel and deal with issues of minorities and human rights.
