The Golden Horse Film Festival started to recruit and organize the Asian Cinema Observer, the assembly of cinephiles and film critics. In addition to attending the special courses organized by the festival, they also watch and review nominated films of the NETPAC Award and vote for the Asian Cinema Observer Recommendation Award. The Asian Cinema Observer also joins interviews with attending filmmakers to further exchange their viewpoints.
