In the northeast border town, Bo is a police informant. He gets a gun by chance and plans to rob a casino but fails. He then runs away and hides in a Russian town. And that is where he meets Bingbing, a mystical and beautiful woman. Fate has its ups and downs that Bo can never get away with.
