A-rui has run the family hairdresser's in an old-fashioned area of Taichung for more than 40 years. With her tireless attitude and her stylist skills, many have passed through her doors. One day, A-rui decides to hang up the "Day Off" sign and closes her barbershop for one day. She drives her old car and embarks on a long journey to do something others think is not worthwhile.
