Juho Kuosmanen is a Helsinki-based filmmaker whose films have won awards at Cannes, including The Painting Sellers, The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki, and Compartment No. 6, which won the Grand Prix. He also directs avant-garde opera and theatre and creates silent short films.
