Dash and Assaf are best friends and the only writers for the school newspaper. Later when Dash is doing research, he learns that the school is not up to code and tries to warn the students, but nobody believes him. Then, an earthquake hits, and the school sinks into the Pacific Ocean with all of the kids trapped inside.

Dash SHAW

Born in 1983, Dash Shaw is an American artist, animator and author of graphic novels. He is known for the feature debut My Entire High School Sinking Into the Sea, selection of Generation 14plus at Berlinale. His short film Seraph was selected into Sundance, followed by his second feature film Cryptozoo winning the NEXT Innovator Award.
