A burglar named King Kong tries to redeem himself by joining forces with Albert "Baldy" Au, a police detective from the states, to track down a set of stolen diamonds before it ends up in the hands of a notorious European gangster. The unlikely duo are supervised by Supt. Nancy Ho, a masculine, fierytempered policewoman.
