Drolma wakes up in tears. After she gets up and performs a su ceremony, her eyes become moist again. The next day, Drolma decides to kowtow all the way to Lhasa alone despite her husband's dissuasion, keeping her illness a secret. After Drolma leaves, her husband goes to the hospital and finds out the truth.
