A Land Imagined

A migrant from China has disappeared from the land reclamation site in Singapore where he works, and a sleepless police investigator tries to find him. The case unravels towards ever-deepening mysteries, wandering through a city built on shifting sands imported from others – just as its labour. Hyper-modern Singapore has never seemed so mysterious, unstable and eerie as in this hallucinatory noir thriller.
