Voltes V: Legacy is based on the same-named Filipino TV series, a liveaction adaptation of the iconic 1970s Japanese anime. The story follows the Armstrong brothers—Steve, Big Bert, and Little Jon—along with their allies, Jamie and Mark, as they pilot five ultra-electromagnetic Volt Machines. Together, they form the giant super robot, Voltes V, to protect Earth from the Boazanian Empire, a race of humanoid aliens intent on invasion and destruction through their fearsome beast fighters.
