In a drought-stricken village, a Dragon God remains sealed within the Demon Pond. To prevent a catastrophic flood, a bell must be rung three times every day. When a lone traveler stumbles upon the village, he discovers a couple living in isolation to tend the bell. As their peaceful existence is disrupted by external forces, the boundary between the human world and the realm of fantasy and mystery begins to dissolve, threatening to unleash nature's wrath.
