Available from November 6 (Thu) and can only be purchased at the festival’s ticket booths for same-day screenings.
※ For attendees under 18 only. Please present a valid ID upon entry. Those unable to provide proof of eligibility will be required to pay the full ticket price.
※ Those who plan to attend specific screenings or require special seating are advised to purchase other ticket types.

 

TICKETING - ONLINE

  1. Tickets may be purchased online at tghff.tixcraft.com (tixCraft: 02-8772-9835).
  2. Please register as a Golden Horse member at the festival's official website before making purchases.
  3. Please do not access the system on multiple windows or devices simultaneously.
  4. Each online order must be confirmed within 10 minutesOverdue orders will be cancelled. Each order is limited to maximum of 8 tickets.
  5. Tickets can be purchased online up to 30 minutes before screenings. After that, tickets will be available at the festival ticket booths only.
  6. Payment
    • Credit Card
      Accepted credit cards for online payment: VISA/MasterCard/JCB/UnionPay (AE/Diners Club NOT accepted)
      ※ Order status can be found in “My Tickets”. Successful payments will show “Order Confirmed”. Invalid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system. Please re-purchase the tickets.
    • JKOPay
      In the "JKOPay APP," select your payment method. Once selected, the system will automatically display your payment information for confirmation.
      ※ When purchasing tickets on a computer webpage, a payment QR code will be displayed on your computer screen. Please open the JKOPay APP on your mobile device and select "掃描條碼" to scan the payment QR code.
      ※ When purchasing tickets on a mobile webpage, you will automatically be redirected to the JKOPay APP.
  7. Ticket Pick-up
    • Mobile Ticket
      After payment, you can view the e-ticket in "View Mobile Ticket". Please present its QR code at the entrance.
    • Printed Ticket
      Print out tickets before screenings at a self-service kiosk with your ①QR Code or ②"Collection S/N" and "Collection No." at the festival ticket booth at the venues.
      ※ All tickets in the same order will be printed at once; partial pickup is not available.

 

TICKETING - ON-SITE

  1. Before November 3, tickets can be purchased at the festival’s office. Please make reservations by phone in advance (02-2370-0456).
  2. After November 3, tickets can be purchased at the festival ticket booths.

 

TICKET BOOTH AND REFUND LOCATION

  1. November 3 – November 5: 13:00-20:00

  2. November 6 – November 23: Open daily from 30 minutes before the festival’s first screening of the day until 20 minutes after the last screening starts (on November 6, the booth opens earlier at 1 PM).

REFUND

  1. Ticket refunds must be claimed no later than 3 days before the scheduled screenings.
    Example: Tickets for screenings on November 6 will be refunded no later than November 3.
  2. Each refunded ticket is subject to a 10% handling fee.
  3. Mobile Tickets or Unprinted Tickets: Please sign in to the ticketing system and select "My Tickets". Click on the "Online Refund Application/Progress Inquiry" button under the order you wish to refund. Once the application is submitted, it cannot be modified.
    ※ The refund, after deducting the handling fee, will be credited back to the original credit card or the JKOPay account used for the purchase. When applying for an online refund, the handling fee will be invoiced electronically and a text message will be sent to the mobile phone number you provided. Please ensure that the phone number is correct.
    ※ Do not print out your tickets after applying for a refund. If you print them during the “Reviewing Refund” period, your online refund request will be forfeited.
    Printed Tickets: Please present the tickets at the festival ticket booth for the refund process.
  4. Ticket exchanges are prohibited. Please refund tickets according to the above rules and purchase new tickets.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Tickets are the only proof of purchase for admittance to screenings and will not be reissued if lost or damaged. Do not forward screenshots of your mobile/printed tickets and tickets pick-up information to avoid affecting your rights.
  3. Children over 100 cm in height must purchase Student tickets.
  4. Accessible seats availability are limited. Please make reservations by phone in advance (02-2370-0456 ext. 212).
  5. To ensure screening quality, latecomers will NOT be admitted to the screenings 20 minutes after films begin, and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. Please obey rules for eating/drinking at the venue.
  7. Venues will be cleared after each screening. Please attend to your personal belongings.
  8. Safety first. Occupying the aisles is strictly prohibited.
  9. All film rights belong to the copyright owners. Photography or video/audio recording during the screening is strictly prohibited. The festival reserves the right to require deletion of illegal files.
  10. Film information is listed on the festival’s official website. Any further changes (running time/rating, etc.) will be announced on the festival’s official website and at the venues. Running time does not include Q&A sessions before or after screenings. Ticket purchasers who are ineligible due to rating changes may request a full refund for tickets booked in advance.
  11. All attendees of this event are deemed to have consented to be photographed, recorded and/or filmed by the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival Executive Committee during the event and to the use of these images, sounds, and videos. The Committee has the right to use these materials permanently and free of charge for any purposes, without limitation of geographical area, medium, or way of exploitation.
  12. Our staff members follow guidelines set down by the festival committee to maintain smooth operations and ensure the best possible screening quality. The committee strictly prohibits improper conduct toward the staff and will take necessary measures in dealing with misconduct.
