Elaine CHU

Elaine CHU is the Director and CEO of Milkyway Image (HK) Limited, the CEO of Milkyway Hairun Artists Limited, and a board member of the Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival. She began her career at the Yang Pei-pei Studio before working for the production department of China Star Entertainment Group. In 2001, she joined Milkyway Image as a film producer and was later promoted to Head of Production. In 2018, she assumed the role of CEO while also serving as a producer of film and TV series, continuing to drive Chinese-language audiovisual productions and the development of new talent. Her representative works include Life Without Principle, Detective vs. Sleuths, and Mad Fate. Her latest work is the series What If.






Anthony CHEN

Anthony CHEN is an award-winning director, screenwriter, and producer from Singapore. He rose to prominence when his debut feature, Ilo Ilo (2013), won more than 40 international accolades, including the prestigious Caméra d'Or at Cannes and four Golden Horse Awards. His second feature, Wet Season (2019), also received accolades and critical acclaim. His English-language debut, Drift (2023), premiered at Sundance. The same year, his first Mainland Chinese film, The Breaking Ice (2023), premiered in Un Certain Regard at Cannes. Apart from his own films, he has also produced Pop Aye (2017), Ajoomma (2022), and Happyend (2024), among others.







LIU Wei-jan

LIU Wei-jan is a producer, distributor, and screenwriter. The former editor-in-chief of Influence magazine and curator of the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, she later co-founded Atom Cinema with CHEN Kuo-fu. Her works as producer include Au Revoir Taipei, Starry Starry Night, GF*BF, The Bold, the Corrupt, and the Beautiful, The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity, Coo-Coo 043, and The Chronicles of Libidoists. In 2015, she was nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 52nd Golden Horse Awards for Zinnia Flower. Her latest work is Sunshine Women's Choir.
